Biography

Born in 1986, Adokou Sana Kokouvi is an artist from Togo. He has been living and working in Burkina Faso since 2010. He studies calligraphy, screen printing and drawing. The artist does not hide his admiration for the work of Jean-Michel Basquiat. Adokou stages the neglected, the forgotten of Burkinabè society. Through his painting, the artist hopes to make the link between them and us. Adokou's work is widely exhibited in Africa and is gradually arriving in Europe.
